Tony and Eve were dear, dear friends of Patrick and Stephanie.
I found this reference to Tony and Eve, a scan of a page dated 8 Sep 2015, in Patrick’s “Fred” folder. Could the book have been one of Fred’s, or a gift from Fred to Patrick? I don’t imagine I’ll ever know.
