I can’t find the original postcard, but here are the contents of a XyWrite file I just stumbled across that was used to print it. It was dated 8 August 1988.

Thought you’d enjoy my first record. [A 45 RPM disc with two songs about racing.] The racetrack has been my surrogate girlfriend these past few months. It’s sometimes fast, sometimes dangerous, and sometimes really gets the blood flowing, but almost always fun.

Also been keeping busy with work, school, etc.

Published my first feature article in the August 1988 issue of Rainbow, a computer magazine.

Went to visit Gretchen last weekend; she has noisy neighbors.

Gotta go grocery shopping, get something to eat. Take care!
