I recently received a thoughtful comment on one of my old posts. Since I try to apply actual dates to things I add here (as referenced by the “Reset Date Later” tag), some things get buried pretty far down in the history so you may not have noticed it.

This particular comment was in reference to Intellectual and Emotional Perspectives, which I wrote almost two years ago.

I mention it here because I think it’s worthy of pointing out. The comment is insightful as regards Patrick, and I’m sure it brings back memories to many of you, just as it does me.

I sent an e-mail reply to John (the author of the comment) and told him I’d not yet found the book he mentioned, but that it may be in the stack of things still pending review.

By the way, anyone want to help me with scanning and uploading stuff?!
